Note:

  • Morning tea available 10.00-10.30am; afternoon tea at 3.00-3.30pm – 5th
  • Lunch at 12.15-1pm for all registrants on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
  • On Wednesday, only morning tea will be provided, afternoon Free Time.

Sunday
Check in at The Rydges Hotel, Queenstown.
Registration: 4pm – 8pm, 5th Floor Foyer.
Exhibition garments/articles to be signed into Clancy’s Room, 5th floor.
Traders may start Set-up, Queenstown/Wakatipu Rooms, 5th floor.
Red’s Bar will be available for meeting and greeting

Monday
Registration and Information, from 8am, 5th Floor Foyer.
8.30am – Assemble in Coronet/Remarkables Room, 4th Floor.
Collect package for the $5.00 Challenge.
8.45am – Welcome.  Housekeeping matters.
9.15am – Start work on the $5.00 Challenge.
10-10.30am – Morning Tea, 5th Floor Foyer.
10.30am – Back to Classrooms, Continue on $5.00 Challenge.
12.15 – Lunch break  – Don’t forget to visit the Traders.
1.00pm – Return to classrooms. Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 – 4th Floor.
2.00pm – Exhibition open for viewing.
3-3.30pm – Afternoon Tea, 5th Floor Foyer.
3.30pm – Return to classrooms.
5.30pm – Classes finish.
6.00pm – Traders and Exhibition closed.
7.00pm – Opening Dinner (Banquet style). Guest Speaker and Official Opening.
Exhibition open for viewing. Drinks.
10.00pm – Exhibition closes for the evening.

Tuesday,
8am – Traders open.
8.30am – Classes – Room 1, Room 2,  Room 3.
9.00am – Exhibition area open to the Public.
10-10.30am – Morning tea break.
10.30am – Classes resume.
12.15pm – Lunch break  –  Visit Traders, Education area, Exhibition.
1.00pm – Classes resume.
3-3.30pm – Afternoon tea.
5.00pm – Classes finish, Traders and Exhibition close.
5.40pm – Meet on Steamer Wharf, Real Journeys (optional).
5.45pm – Board TSS Earnslaw for trip across Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High.
Country Farm for Birthday Bash Dinner at the Colonel’s Homestead.

Xpm – Board the Earnslaw for return trip. Sing along to the piano.

Wednesday
8am – Traders open; please support them.
8.30am – Classes start:  Class 1, Class 2, Class 3.
9.00am – Exhibition open.
10.00am – Morning tea.
10.30am – Classes resume.
12 noon – Classes finish for the day.  Lunch not supplied.
FREE AFTERNOON:
Shop, explore Queenstown, take a bus to Arrowtown or do something adventurous – Bookings for activities can be made at the front desk, or you may just want to chill out and enjoy the view.
2.00pm – Traders and Exhibition re-open.
2.00-4.00pm – “Have a Go Felting” for the public.
6.00pm – Everything closed.
FREE EVENING:
Dine in or out; Red’s Bar available.
7.30-9.30pm – Exhibition open to the public.

Thursday
8am-6pm – Traders open.
8.30am – Classes start:  Class 1, Class 2, Class 3.
10.00am – Morning tea.
10.30am – Classes resume.
12.15pm – Lunch break.
1.00pm – Classes resume.
3.00pm – Afternoon tea.
3.30-5.30pm – Pop Up sales, Participants; 5th Floor Foyer.
3.30-5.00pm – Exhibition open to public.
5.00pm – Exhibition items to be collected and signed out.
5.00-6pm – Register and deliver garments for Fashion Parade.
6.00pm – Traders to pack up.  Thank you for attending.
7.30pm – Closing dinner (optional).
Exchange gifts,  Fashion Parade.
Closing ceremony and presentations after dessert.
Hand Over to next Convergence host for 2021.
Red’s Bar available for nightcap and farewells.

Friday
8.30am – Final pack up.
10.30am – Check out.
